Merging Account on Microsoft Learn

Question

Hi,

I was previously asked to merge my Microsoft Learn account to my company account so that my employer can see my credentials for the Microsoft Partner program for Security. My Learn account never merged and has been stuck on 'Merging in Progress'. I have since left my old employer and I need to do the same as above for my new employer, but it is still stuck on 'Merging in Progress' a year later.

Can I get any assistance with this?
