Please help me to have a chance for renew my certificate

Dear Sirs,

Because of busy jobs and tight schedule, I missed the deadline to renew my certificate of "Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification". Please help me to get another chance to do the certificate renewal. I will finish the task ASAP. Please give me a chance.
