How to increase concurrent rate limit from 100 to 500 for Azure Speech Services

I have clients who join in the same that is why we need increase concurrent rate limit to 500. How can we increase this.

We use both TTS and STT of Azure Speech Services.

To increase the concurrent request limit for Azure Speech Services, you will need to submit a support request through the Azure portal. Here are the steps you should follow:

Prepare Required Information:

For the Speech to Text (STT) service, gather:

Speech resource ID

Region

For the Text to Speech (TTS) service, gather:

Speech resource ID

Region

Submit a Support Request:

Go to the Azure portal.

Select the Speech service resource for which you want to increase the concurrency request limit.

In the Support + troubleshooting group, select New support request.

In the Summary, describe your request (e.g., "Increase concurrent request limit to 500").

In Problem type, select Quota or Subscription issues.

In Problem subtype, select Quota or concurrent requests increase.

Fill in the required details on the Additional details tab, including the information you prepared earlier.

Finally, review and create the support request.

Again, I replicated the same and I got an option to Review + create

Below are the steps:

Go to help + support.

Create new support request.

please fill the required details. And submit the request. Kindly refer below screenshot:

Could you please not selecting speech first but select the "Service and Subscription limits(Quota)" -> Service and Subscription limits to see if you can see the create support ticket request option?

If it is not appearing in your selections, please select None of the above - then service and subscription limit(Quota)

First i couldn't find "New support request." link then i wrote "Increase concurrent request limit to 500" anyway

then i can reach only description page at the and of i selected( Problem subtype, select Quota or concurrent requests increase.)
