can't create cosmosdb. From setup, I've disabled availability zones, and available locations are only EAST US 2 and Central US. But even when I select any, upon "review + create" it says "not available for resource type"

    Hi Boi Hatol,

Resource type being unavailable in selected region of deployment. Check availability of the resource type in Azure regions here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/explore/global-infrastructure/products-by-region/

There might be limitations on your subscription that prevent you from using some regions that support the resource. Resource Explorer displays valid locations for the resource type.

    Check this with Resource Explorer:

You can deploy the Resource in all the locations mentioned here.

Also, try to open a new window in Microsoft Edge and navigate to the desired resource via the Azure Marketplace link and deploy the resource.
