I can't upgrade my subscription because of phone number cannot text or call

I'm upgrading my subscription to pay as you go but in step of verify phone number, it cannot verify my phone (my region is VietNam (+84)) i also tried with +84XXXXXXXXX or 0XXXXXXXX nothing worked. So how to pass this issue ?

    Hello @Viet Hoang,

    To address the issue, we contacted our support team and raised a ticket with the Azure Subscription/Account Review team.

    A support engineer from the Account Review team will remove the block on your account phone number, allowing you to sign up for a new Azure tenant without any problems.
