My exam is revoked due to I have used my first letter of my initial

I am writing to address an issue regarding my recent exam. Although I successfully attended and was allowed to write the exam previously, I was informed that my exam was revoked due to an incomplete initial. My initial only includes the first letter, rather than my full initial as required.

I kindly request that my records be updated to reflect the full version of my initial and that my exam be rescheduled. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
