Troubleshooting Azure SQL Database Cancellation Stuck at 50%

An Azure SQL Database was being scaled. Since it was taking too long, I tried to cancel it. but the cancellation is now stuck on 50% for over 12 hours.

Details are as follows:

What steps can be taken to resolve this issue and successfully cancel the scaling operation?

Initially, you attempted to scale the database, and due to the extended duration, you tried to cancel the operation. Unfortunately, it got stuck at 50%.

Upon further investigation, we managed to cancel the operation internally, and it was successfully completed.
