I have tried to update my PC a bunch of times over the past few months and and I keep getting this same error.

Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters
Select "Windows Update" and run the troubleshooter.
Update all the drivers.
Open Command Prompt as administrator
Run "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth"
After it completes, run "sfc /scannow"
I did the windows update trouble shooter and then tried to install again after is said it found errors now I am getting error 0x800700c1
I also did the command prompt thing and get
Error: 87
An error occurred while processing the command.
Ensure that the command-line arguments are valid. For more information, review the log file.
