Hi when i am trying to check my score card in personvue there are multiple profiles created .
I checked with pearson vue they are saying multiple profile are they are unable to send the score card and report card.
The vailid profile which i gave exam i am unable to navigate through the microsoft learn ->schedule exam ->. It is taking me to different profile where exam was not scheduled. I want it to take me to the profile where the exam was scheduled and i can view my scorecard on pearsonvue website.
Also I can not view my certificate also in my profile because of this multiple profiles liked with the account. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
there is another thread also open regarding this please combine both the details and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
