I need to create a user report from log on data showing a count per month of the times they logged in

I am attempting to filter sign-in Events for the app called RV2.

I am using this blade...

However, the date range is restricted to the last seven days.

I want a report that shows...

The total number of sign-ins per month 

Over the last 18 months 

Per user 

This will allow me to identify users who are no longer using the system.

Can you please help me to create this report?

Hello @Raymond Starkey,

I understand that you want to filter the sign in logs events for the application called RV2 for the last 30 days.

Please note that if you are using Microsoft Entra ID Free license, then you can only filter the last 7 days sign in logs events for an application.

With Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2 license, you can get the last 30 days sign in logs reports of an application.

Please refer to the Screenshot below for the comparison between Microsoft Entra ID Free, Microsoft Entra ID P1 and Microsoft Entra ID P2 license.

Please note that you can activate 1 month free trial of Microsoft Entra ID P2 license by following the below steps.

• Go to > https://entra.microsoft.com > Navigate through Billing > then Licenses.
• Under Overview go to the right-side corner.
• Under Quick Tasks, Select Get a free trial.

• To Activate the Trial: Select "Microsoft Entra ID P2" and then click "Activate"
