Power Apps Trial Subscription Error

I just created a work tenant a few days ago and am trying to subscribe to PowerApps trial to play with building a power app for some cross tenant (B2B) collaboration testing, but each time I try to sign up, I get the following error.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/products/power-apps/ -> Try for free -> login -> accept terms -> click Start Trial

We are unable to sign up for the trial at this time. Please try again later. Error ID: d8051953-47d1-4b31-bf1a-a5bb5de544ac

There is no information on what I need to do next to get a trial.

Please help.
