    Thank you for reaching out on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

    You are right - this module requires a work or school account because access to https://admin.microsoft.com/ and license assignment features are only available in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) environments tied to an organization. A free Azure account using a personal email won't work for this.
