Workspaces architectures in Microsoft Fabric - pros and cons?

I'm designing a workspace architecture in Microsoft Fabric; there are 10 sources and we are thinking about having one ingestion workspace dedicated to each source system. A good alternative could be grouping the source systems in two or three workspaces according to specific requirements. What are the main pros and cons adopting the two architectures?
