Usage of App Service Plan.

Question

Hello, I can see that my App Service Plan has 3 instances, but apps/slots are 0 (that means no application is linked with this service plan, right?). Does this mean that this App service plan is not being used by any application, and I can delete it? Even Matrics for CPU usage, memory percentage, data in/out shows 0.

Please suggest if I am paying for this service plan and not utilizing it, then can I delete this plan to save cost?

Hi,

Correct, it is not being used and can be deleted to save cost. Additionally, if you try to delete it when it still has apps it will block you, similar to below screenshot:
