Why doesn't microsoft have fix for this error?
I've found working fix on https://www.winhelponline.com/blog/vclibs-uwpdesktop-33728-x64-bad-image/ but this is not official Microsoft site
Is there "Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00.UWPDesktop_14.0.33728.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.appx" to download from official Microsoft site or is it official to do repair with Win image if i wanna apply immediately?
I know every cumulative updates also does repair when you rename problematic appx, but sometimes don't have time to wait for new update
