I'm trying to deploy a webapp created in the Azure AI Foundry. I'm able to deploy it and add Identity provider. When trying to access it, it opens the Approval request page.
I receive an email with the submission and later on I always get denied access. I talked to the administrator, and he is not aware of any submissions and the reason why it's been denied. How can I track and fix this?
