I have two B2C tenants that I am looking to delete. In both of these tenants, no employees in the organization have access to any longer. Both these B2C tenants are linked to our corporate Entra tenant.

One tenant, where I am a global admin in, me or any employee no longer have access to the authenticator for MFA.

In the other tenant, the only global admin in there, is no longer employed with the company. I've tried taking over the account but it is also blocked from going in due to MFA.

    Hello @Ryan Dailey,

The issue relates to a tenant lockout situation where all the global admins in the affected Azure AD B2C tenant are able to access and delete the Azure AD B2C tenant due to an incomplete MFA process as all the Global admins in that affected Azure AD B2C tenant don't have their user account added on the Microsoft Authenticator app on their mobile phone.
