Unable to see the Microsoft exam Az-305 badge

Question

I recently passed AZ-305 examination but its been more than 4 days I am yet to receive the passing badge under credentials of Microsoft learn profile.

It is showing only "Passed" but no passing certificate or badge to view or share. To whom can I reach for this matter?
