Teams - No option to open files and links with desktop apps

Hi All,

A user has the following licenses assigned:

Microsoft 365 Business Premium

Microsoft Power Automate Free

Microsoft Teams Phone Standard

When a user tried to open files from Teams they are opened in web browser and there is no option in Settings to set desktop apps.

The PC has MS office package installed.

I tried to remove Teams cache but it didn't help.

I checked with another and turned out that user also doesn't have Desktop apps as an option for opening files and links.

I suspect it is prohibited somewhere either in Teams org-wide settings or Intune.

Please help to find out where it is prohibited.
