Need help with the Authenticator recovery

Hi ,
I recently changed a new phone and unfortunately without the back up recovery for the authenticator app. I am the only global admin for the business account. Without the authenticator MFA verification, i still can't access to the account and to report to the support team. I am in a forever loop to contact the local phone call support and the AI bot requested to lodge it online via the account which i can't access. Is there any contact to issue ticket or email for recovery. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Appreciate your comment and help. Ya that's the global service phone number that i have contacted previously but the bot would ask to submit online with the account everytime. Looking for other option to get to Data Identification team. Cheers.
