read replica creation is failing with conflict error

As you notice in the above screenshots, read replica creation is failing with conflict error.

what i did before this operation was i clicked on "delete" option to delete the existing read replica. So then wanted to create a new replica, however i am not sure whether that previous delete operation is completed or not, but it has been more than 3 days since i did that delete operation and still i am facing this conflict issue while creating read replica

During our discussion, you encountered an issue while attempting to create a read replica for the Azure PostgreSQL flexible server. The process failed with the error message: "The resource write operation failed to complete successfully, as it reached the terminal provisioning state 'Failed'."

Upon further investigation, you attempted to restart the operation, but the server unexpectedly remained out of the "updating" state. According to the documentation and reproduction steps, it should transition to the "updating" state during the replica creation process.

Issue : Initially, you were unable to create the read replica and suspecting that due to this only the storage is increased.

Cause: VM agent is in unhealthy state due to which you are unable to create the read replica, and the storage was increased.

Solution: In further investigation, we tried to restart the server, and we request you to retry the read replica and check the storage.

later your confirmed that you are able to create the read replica and the issue is resolved.

I tried to create the Read replica now, it got created successfully. Thanks a lot for the Amazing support, Saraswathi
