@Rene Summers can you provide the error message?
- Can you also check the status of the VM in the Portal? Is it currently in a "Stopped (deallocated) state"?
- You can also try redeploying the VM. This would move the VM to a new Azure host. To do this, you need to go to your VM and then select "Redeploy" and follow the steps.
- Check the Boot Diagnostics. Go to the Boot Diagnostics section of your VM in portal and check the current boot state of the OS.
- You may can try to resize the VM and see if that resolves your issue as well.
