My Microsoft PL 300 certificate is under a business account to which I no longer have access. How can I change things over to my personal account so I can get a copy of it and also renew it when the time comes. I did pay for it from my own bank account

You’ll need to open a certification support case to move your certification profile to your personal account. Get help through the Credential Support Forums.
