Could you please specify where exactly you are encountering the issue of not seeing the option for GPT-4.1? could please share more details, any screenshot?
Note. GPT-4.1 is currently available in the following regions: East US2 (Global Standard) and Sweden Central (Global Standard). If your deployment is set up in one of these regions, the GPT-4.1 model should be accessible.

The GPT-4.1 model was recently launched and is an exciting addition to the range of advanced AI models. However, as the model is newly introduced, it is not yet available for quota requests in the application form.
