I m getting live metrics in application insights. But the logs in custom events are missing for a specific time of the day and available during other hours.

Question

I have enabled application insights for my app services . I have added code in my project to get the logs in custom events. The logs are successfully getting into the app insights. Hence the connection & networking are fine. The live metrics can be seen all through the day , but for a particular few hours of the day , inspite of appearing in live metrics , I cannot see the logs in custom events. On a daily basis there are missing data. The daily cap limit is to maximum and sampling is set to false . Trouble shooting has become too difficult because of this issue.
