Maximum number of devices per Microsoft account? Do private and business accounts differ in amount of possible devices used?

Dear Microsoft community,

I am currently working as a research assistant at a german university and it is my responsibility to ensure the proper implementation of electronic laboratory notes. We opted for windows surfaces to be used in the laboratories. The issue is as follows: We have to incorporate up to 20 surfaces for the working group and i was wondering whether a Microsoft business account will allow the usage of 20 devices simultaneously. I know that a private microsoft accounts allows for up to 5 devices to be used simultaneously, but not 20. Does a microsoft business account allow for this?

Since we will be required to sign up for business accounts anyway, i was merely wondering whether we would need a microsoft business account for the working group for every 5 devices used or whether a single Microsoft business account will be able to allow for the usage of up to 20 surfaces simultaneously. I could not find this information in the FAQ, any help is appreciated.
