Old WS 2016 fully updated but recovery section is blank

I have just updated a French Windows Server 2016 standard edition which I believe had not been updated since 2019.
It was part of a windows domain and was blocked from getting updates. I took it out of the domain and have managed to update it as a standalone machine.
Prior to updating, the section Config>Update>Recovery was just showing a blank page. I was hoping that after all updates that would clear up. It hasn't. The server seems fully functional, but that section just still displays blank.
Any suggestions on how to clear/repair this?
