Only a few days ago, our login is showing Azure AD and the same time all computers have been struggling behaving same to communicate with our server and same with printers. I requested a phone call as this issue has stalled all services and operations for our law office hence this is a very urgent issue that requires immediate attention and we need a live person to check why or what has happened. I was at the office the whole day today waiting on a call from Azure. Our company is contingent on accessing case files and printing hundreds or thousands of pages per day. This is a high priority issue. I will be at the office by 10:00 am EST my cell **********

2025-04-17T09:10:43.26+00:00 furthermore. THere has been a risky user(s) that we had discovered in january and have been fighting to gain back control. There are rules and policies and risky user even became read /write directory to our account and was making changes to any policies I or microsoft support were making. This has continued till now and it appears the risky user has become better at disguising itself but is still in microsoft as it now appears to be using a users email*************and was deleting any tickets from me issuing on Azure to get Azure supports help. We have been battling with this problem for about 2-3 weeks now found that ************ has also billing privileges and showing in azure. Microsoft support has been trying to get me in touch with Azure support and has worked using an alternate global admin to actually submit the ticket. There is supposed to be only ************ having access to azure and now seeing that there is also ************ that is got same level access. THis is my wifes email being used to keep up to any actions I as global admin am doing and as in the past other emails turn by turn have been used, we have been woriing diligently with the help of microsoft support to remove anyone from accessing but the risky user keeps getting though and in this case is using user email ************ in azure and is showing to have equal privileges as me to azure but none were given by me. The issue is that this time this email is being used to accesas although nobody has admin privileges other than me the global admin and I am not using my chhokarlaw emails but am using trivoshop.com email as global admin to try to keep away from this risky user. IT does not seem to be working. I need your assistance as this is now 4 months of ongoing attacks. This time after defender p2 and azure AD, we user computers now being restricted on communicating on the network, this is for both pc and mac and printers are no longer working on pc and macs. All computers have microsoft defender p2 and azure ad used for protecction but now this protection has stagnated our office. The other day my mac froze all funtions and prompts for printer drivers kept showing until I accepted. The mac required a forced shut down. This is a similar trend happening on a pc instance. This all links back to system changes that happened from the microsoft protection environment that all pc and macs being protected are all behaving with the same symptoms. I NEEED THIS ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY as discussed, I will be in the office at 10:00 am EST and am expecting a call from Azure.
