Yes the three dots do not work
Context Menu to recover from a backup is not opening in RSV

RE: Restore from a Recovery Services Vault
When I'm looking at the backed up (non-Azure) VMs and the drives that were backed up, the context menu on the far right allows me to recover file-level data from a previous backup.
The Context Menu (Three Dots on the far right) does not work.
