I am unable to create free azure account

Hi team,

I am trying to create azure free account but unable to. whenver i am trying, it is creation it as subscription , means pay as you go, instead of free account. Then i tried with different email but the same issue.

Can you please help me to setup free account. I did use my credit carda, emails and phone# but didnt success.

Also if i alreayd have free account then will it possible to delete those so that new account can get created?

Hi @VibhutiJain ,

there is a limitation on creating an Azure Free Subscription.

Basically only one Azure Free Subscription/Account is allowed/possible.

Therefore, the following information is checked during the creation process and must be unique:

• Contact email address, street address, and telephone number
• The credit card information

Source: You see the message 'You are not eligible for an Azure subscription'
