    Boot into Safe mode.

    Locate TPM Security or Security Chip.

    Disable it.

    Reboot.

    Re-enable it.

    If you’re in Windows or a recovery environment, then in the Command Prompt copy-paste the following:

    manage-bde -unlock X: -RecoveryPassword YOUR-RECOVERY-KEY-HERE

    [Replace X with the Drive letter]

    Check status:

    manage-bde -status
