I had no unpaid bills on Azure, yet Azure data and services have been deleted due to non-payment

I received an email while on holidays on the 30th of March stating "Your Azure data and services have been deleted due to non-payment".

Two of my Azure subscriptions (and all the production environment services that were in) got deleted. Their IDs are:

Subscription ID: 4ce2c9df-29b1-4ec8-ad00-01543d0046b0

Subscription ID: 83f5c758-766a-478a-b620-47663b67e75a

Fortunately, it has only been 2 weeks, so Microsoft for sure still retains the data and can restore it. However, everything on the support pages and documentations leads me to the subscription page with an instruction to click reactivate next to the subscriptions, but they do not appear in the list at all or anywhere.

Moreover, when I try to open a support ticket (which seems impossible to just open a ticket and write what happened), I must select an existing subscription where the issue relates to (which again keeps looping me back over and over because the subscriptions isn't there to select it).

Please help, I have been at this for 2 days and I don't know what to do.
