Windows LAPS Question

Hey so first time asking a question on here

Installed Powershell modules:

AdmPwd.PS

LAPS

I do have a LAPS GPO set up in the OU, I set up read permissions for admins, updated my schema, did everything I should have done but I haven't been able to get the password field filled.

I have both modules on the client machine, my DC's and machine i'm trying to get LAPS to work on are updated. I also have the extended rights result here:

Despite everything I've tried looking through Windows Learn it still won't populate in here:

I've had this problem twice and I'm not quite sure what's wrong.
