I'm trying to go through identity validation for our trusted signing account. But it keeps getting declined with "Email verification failed."
1st attempt, directly failed with "Email verification failed."
2nd attempt, received an email asking for additional documents. I submitted our domain renewal invoice and it failed in 20mins with "Email verification failed."
3rd & 4th attempt, directly failed with "Email verification failed."
There is no explanation of why my request gets declined and I'm not asked to submit any additional document or take any other action. What should I do next?

As of April 2, 2025, Microsoft has updated its Trusted Signing public preview program. The service is now limited to customer subscriptions from organizations based in the United States or Canada, with at least three years of verifiable history.
Could you please confirm if your organization is based in the US or Canada and has a minimum of three years of verifiable history? If your organization does not meet these prerequisites, the identity validation will fail.

However, if your organization meets these requirements and your identity validation is still failing, please share your identity validation ID with me via private message. I’ll check internally to understand why the verification is failing.

Hi, I started a new validation with an individual email as primary email and got email verified. The validation is still in process. Should I do anything else or do I just wait? Thanks
