Cannot creat a cluster

Quota increases,

New Quota Request

but getting the message below when starting the cluster:

    I understand that despite your quota being adjusted, the VM size you're trying to use exceeds the approved quota for the StandardDpldsv6Family cores in the West US 2 region. Meaning that the specific VM size you need is not available in the region you're deploying to.
