How to log into email without authenticator?!

I have just gotten a new iPhone 16 pro plus. I am trying to log in to my nhs email via outlook like I did previously on my old phone, when I try to log in, it directs me to the authenticator app, presents me with a 2 digit code, and asks me to go to the app (which I am already on), and select the correct code.. there is no option to.
I am totally at a loss of how to get back in to my email. Could anyone help??
