After connecting offline via a Teams call, we discovered that a Global Administrator account still exists in the tenant, and the Azure admin account has not been deleted.
Issue: During the initial sign-up, you have selected the Pay-As-You-Go subscription model and created several resources, including Azure Databricks and resource groups. However, after refreshing the portal, the subscription and associated resources no longer appeared under your tenant.
Now you have concerned about the billing impact of these resources since they are no longer visible in the portal.
As the issue relates to Azure billing and subscription visibility, I recommended creating a support ticket with the Azure Subscription/Billing team for further investigation and assistance.
