Unable to delete NIC due to non-existent VM association

im trying to migrate my old subscription resources to new subscription, but my old existing subscript have a ophaned NIC service, it shows NIC to attach to a VM but that VM not exist.

Hi Usman Ishtiaq,
We understand that you have a NIC which is attached to a VM which no longer exists and it is causing a problem for your migration.
Here is a command you can use to List all NICs in the Resource group: az network nic list --resource-group <ResourceGroup> --output table
use the above command to check if only one or more NIC are present
Here is a command you can use to to delete NIC: az network nic delete --resource-group <RESOURCE_GROUP> --name <yourtNIC>
if you still face an error, share the error message so that we can help you further

Thanks for your comment, Ive tried these commands that you mentioned but it still says NIC is in use, here is the screen shot for reference.
