I have the Resource Group and Trusted Signing Account configured and user has the Trusted Identity verifier role. I added all my company details and later received a "has been updated to Validation Fail status." email, without even being prompted to upload supporting documentation. Clicking around, there appears to be no way to connect with a human being about this issue unless purchasing an expensive Support plan.
What am I missing?
