Global admin unable to login to a tenant

HI Team, I'm unable to login one of my test tenant using Global admin account, "formidablecorporation.onmicrosoft.com".

I have 2 Mfa configured on 2 mobiles but nothing passes

Below is the screenshot of the error message I receveid when trying to login. Could you please help me on this? Best Regards, Franck.
