I cannot log in to the Azure portal; I am the only admin

When I browse to https://portal.azure.com and enter my personal Microsoft account credentials, I get prompted for input from an Authenticator after a few redirects. The authenticator set up with my Microsoft account does not give me a notification.

I can log in to other applications, such as Office 365, using my personal Microsoft account, and the proper authenticator on my current mobile device notifies me.

I can, however, access this url, https://portal.azure.com/?l=en.en-us#settings/directory, that lists the directories to which I have access with my personal account - but when I try to "Switch Directories", I get prompted for the same Authenticator interaction from which there is no notification.

The current directory that's selected has no subscription; I've tried updating my "default directory" to my personal directory, but it doesn't seem to work. I am the only administrator for the Azure directory to which I cannot access.

    Hello @Stephen Rowe
I understand that you are encountering issues with the azure portal due to authentication and you are the only admin of your personal account.

Thank you for confirming over the private message!
We are glad to hear now you are able to login the azure portal successfully after resetting the authenticator configuration from another global admin in your tenant.
