The Internet connection is not possible when I boot up.

Booted from Windows 11 pc. Internet (Ethernet) connection error occurs. The connection is successful when the LAN driver is initialized. I'm getting an error again a few days later. What's the problem?

You can try running the Sfc /scannow or Dism commands through the command prompt to check if the issue is resolved.

If you’ve recently performed an operating system update, the issue may be related to that. You can try rolling back a few updates individually and check if the problem persists. If not, you can also roll back the previous updates and check if that resolves the issue.

You can try uninstalling your Ethernet driver and reinstalling it through Windows Update. [Note: If you don’t have a Wi-Fi driver or feature, you may not be able to reconnect to the internet after this action. This suggestion applies if your computer also has Wi-Fi functionality, in which case this is a scenario that can be tested.]

If the Windows update driver doesn’t resolve the issue, you can go to your device manufacturer’s support page and download the driver compatible with your Windows version.

If your device’s power settings are configured to save power by cutting off power, you can disable this setting to prevent the power cut.

Uninstall and reinstall the LAN driver from the support site of the manufacturer.

In Device Manager > Network Adapter > Properties > Power Management, uncheck:

“Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.

Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do > Change settings that are currently unavailable.

Uncheck Turn on fast startup.
