Apologies for the delay in my response.
Building additional points to Vinodh247. if you still unable to resolve your issue, please create a support request by following my instructions below. so that you can create a support request without having troubles.
- Go to the portal and search for Help + support. Then click on the create a support request.
- Describe your issue as "Subscription management" as shown below then click "Next" and choose your subscription accordingly.
- Choose the Unable to sign-up for the subscription option as shown below then click on Next.
- Scroll all the way down and select Contact support, then choose Create a support request.
- Then you will be directed to the support request page, provide the details as shown below.
- Once you are in the second page, there will be some other solutions displayed (this is similar to above). DO NOT CLICK any of the solutions, instead click on Return to support request button in upper left corner, similar to below.
- Fill the remaining details as prompted and create a new request.
Once you create the support request, you should receive an automated email within a few minutes and then be contacted by support asap.
