I'm trying to sign in to my Mozilla account.

I don't have access to my usual PC and I never used Mozilla on my phone.

Mozilla sign-in has successfully changed my password using the 32 digit recovery passkey.

However, I still can't sign in. The 2FA requires a 6 digit code sent to "your authenticator app", but the only authenticator I have is Microsoft's, and the Mozilla account isn't on it.

Can I add my Mozilla account to Authenticator, without using a QR code?

Microsoft Authenticator

    Hi,

In this case you have not setup the Mozilla Auth on the MS Auth App, I will suggest you contact Mozilla support for recovery code. Unless you have a backup you can restore from the MS Auth App.

    Hope this helps.
