Hi Microsoft,
I have been encountering issues in Microsoft Certificates Support and Renewal Assessment today:
- For Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert certification, I missed the deadline by 1 hour because it is calculated in UTC. The deadline was on my calendar, but I misremembered that it wasn't calculated by my local time. Is it possible to reopen the renewal test to avoid retaking the whole exam from scratch?
- For the Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certificate, it is due on 4/23. After answering all 25 questions and clicking submit, I encountered the "something went wrong" error. I clicked "try again", but it did not work either. I clicked "Contact Certification Support", which navigated me to the Credential support page. When I returned to the renewal assessment page, I was back at question 1 out of 25. My answers were not saved at all. Please advise what I could do to complete the assessment.
- I tried to post the above two questions in Microsoft Certificate > Ask a question, but could not after many attempts. I tried to change browsers and devices over several hours. They all ended up the same.
