Unable to Renew Certificate Due to UTC Deadline Misunderstanding and unable to submit renewal assessment for another certificate

Hi Microsoft,

I have been encountering issues in Microsoft Certificates Support and Renewal Assessment today:

  1. For Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert certification, I missed the deadline by 1 hour because it is calculated in UTC. The deadline was on my calendar, but I misremembered that it wasn't calculated by my local time. Is it possible to reopen the renewal test to avoid retaking the whole exam from scratch?
  2. For the Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certificate, it is due on 4/23. After answering all 25 questions and clicking submit, I encountered the "something went wrong" error. I clicked "try again", but it did not work either. I clicked "Contact Certification Support", which navigated me to the Credential support page. When I returned to the renewal assessment page, I was back at question 1 out of 25. My answers were not saved at all. Please advise what I could do to complete the assessment.
  3. I tried to post the above two questions in Microsoft Certificate > Ask a question, but could not after many attempts. I tried to change browsers and devices over several hours. They all ended up the same.

Thank you for your help, and I look forward to your advice!

    Hi,

Renewal issues are handled in Microsoft Credentials forum. There are support moderators over there that will typically respond within 2 business days. You may use link below to ask your question:
