Hyper-V Generation 2 can not boot from dvd and iso for windows server 2025 data centre

Hyper-V Generation 2 can not boot from dvd and iso for windows server 2025 data centre
I have tried change to not configured in device guard of group policy
and also disabled smart boot and TPM in VM setting. No matter enable or not,
still can not boot from dvd and iso
