Adding Support Services to subscription

Question

We have an azure subscription and a cloud service provider. I'm finding relaying to Microsoft through the provider to be highly difficult with very little positive outcomes. Can I add the Professional Direct service plan to our subscription and have direct access to the features????

Yes, you can add the Professional Direct support plan to your Azure subscription. This plan provides enhanced support services and allows you to have direct access to the features. You can purchase the Professional Direct support plan either online through the Microsoft 365 admin center or through an Enterprise Agreement.
