Need a PowerShell Script to

Hello All,

Please i need a PowerShell script that can search an Active Directory Domain for all instances where a Domain controller name is hard codded.

I am trying to get this because all clients computers are getting group policy update from the DC . The Dc is not having any FSMO role. It is only a global catalogue.

Also, PowerShell command to properly decommission a Domain controller and remove all records of that DC from the Domain.
