identity validation progressing more than 7 days. and we pay for developer support but cannot open support ticket

in February 2025 Microsoft changed the Azure Developer Support Plan:
Priority community support (PCS) for Azure developer support plan customers
Starting February 12, 2025, we enhanced the Azure Developer Support Plan by introducing Priority Community Support (PCS) as the first line of support in the Azure portal. This change is part of our ongoing effort to streamline support services and provide faster, more efficient assistance for customers using Azure.

well then can you update your docs, and portal? because they dont reflect this change and only refer to the previous support ticketing methods im used to and don't mention this downgrade to PCS

Thank you for following on this. I wanted to let you know that the documentation has actually been updated to reflect the recent changes to the Developer Support Plan. As part of the February 2025 update, Developer Support customers now receive assistance through Priority Community Support (PCS), which is why you're seeing the Microsoft Q&A platform instead of the traditional support ticket option. The Azure portal has also been updated to align with this change that's why the Create support ticket option is not there and now directs Developer Support users to community-based help.
