I am unable to use my authentication app anyway someone can call and explain to me what to do over the phone?

I’m trying to log into my email and it’s saying to authenticate with my app but when I go to my app there’s no number

Hello Snook,

If you're looking for the one-time passkey, you should click on the tenant with the email you want to log-in, in the authenticator app. There you will find a 6-digit one-time passkey.
